MIAMI HUSTLEViewer referrals

OWNER / LEGAL REVIEW DRAFT

Referral rules.

Draft updated September 7, 2026. Referrals remain disabled until Supabase is configured, the migration is verified, and the owner approves these rules.

How a referral qualifies

A viewer must share their personal referral link themselves. A referral can qualify only when the invitee arrives through a valid link, is a genuinely new account, verifies their email, watches the server-configured meaningful portion of the free Prologue, passes basic abuse checks, and has not qualified for another inviter.

Limits and review

One inviter is allowed per invitee, self-referrals do not qualify, and duplicate or automated activity may be rejected or held for review. Creating accounts for others, misleading people, spam, manipulation, or attempts to bypass technical controls are not permitted. Administrative approval clears an abuse hold but cannot bypass the other qualification requirements.

Unlock foundation

The staging configuration maps the first, second, and third qualified referrals to Episode 1, Episode 2, and Episode 3 unlock eligibility. Episodes are Coming Soon and are not represented as published playback. Rules come from server-controlled configuration and may be changed before production launch.

Additional referrals

Later qualified referrals are designed to follow a promotional Hustle Credit reward path. The reward amount is currently unset, no credits are issued in Phase 1, and the future immutable ledger has not been implemented.

Hustle Credits

Hustle Credits are intended only for Miami Hustle digital entertainment. They cannot be traded, transferred between viewers, cashed out, or treated as cryptocurrency, an investment, a transferable asset, or a cash equivalent.

Reversals and changes

Suspicious or invalid referrals may later be rejected or reversed under an owner-approved policy. Replacement and reversal details still require owner/legal approval. No release date, cash value, or permanent program availability is promised by this draft.
