The separate Inner Circle mailing list is not active yet. When viewer accounts are enabled, optional marketing remains off by default and can be changed from account settings.
Verification, recovery, security, and account-service messages are transactional communications, not optional marketing. A viewer can request account deletion from account settings. Final mailing-list suppression and one-click unsubscribe procedures require owner/legal review before the Inner Circle opens.
